Concept: 

Key-locked inserts feature a unique locking key mechanism that prevents rotation under extreme vibration or thermal cycling. Made from 300-series stainless steel or Inconel®, 1215MS & A286,they provide 300% stronger threads than original parent material.


Installation Method:

☆ Drill & Tap: Create standard threaded hole (e.g., M12x1.75).

☆ Insert Installation: Screw in insert using installation tool until flush.

☆ Key Locking: Bend locking key into host material’s pre-drilled slot with a punch.

☆ Break Tang: Remove installation tang with reverse hammer.
